The license code is for desktop tax application.  It's not necessarily employed for the web application.  When you obtain and install the desktop Variation, a display screen will arrive nearly enter your license code.thank you to the reply.  You're proper in that I obtained the CD which would perform fine if my Personal computer had a CD travel.
